It would be so easy to wake up later than I needed to in order to get my workout in. Or make an excuse by telling myself ‘I’m too busy’ ‘I’m too tired’ ‘I have too much to do’ ‘I need a break’. But I did not. Got my PiYo practice in. It wasn’t my best day. But that’s ok.
