4 steps to get your mojo back

It happens all the time!!!  You find yourself in a rut, a funk. You’re unhappy with yourself and can’t figure out how to get out of it. Well here’s some tips for ya to get your mojo/motivation back!

1. Decide to start. There’s no mystery here. You just have to make a decision. Quit making excuses!  Let’s go!

2. Make a list of why it’s important to you. How will it make you feel?  What is the payoff for you?  

3. Make a plan. You actually have to write it down with pen and paper. You can’t just think about it because that is not a plan. That’s a day dream or a wish. Write down the specifics: ‘I will workout at 5 pm every day except sunday’. ‘I will eat this on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc’. 

4. Make a pump-you-up playlist. Music is powerful!  It can get you revved up to go when you don’t feel like it!
