1. For 3 minutes think about 3 simple things that you’re grateful for. Example: the smile on your child’s face. Your dogs or cats. Your best friend and a recent happy memory that you made.
2. For 3 minutes think about 3 outcomes to thrive. Think about yourself being successful in those things. How it will make you feel. Should be things that will happen in 3 or 6 months in the future.
3. For 3 minutes think about how you can love more. What can you do? What actions can you take?
