The little things.  Easy to do and easy NOT to do. 

Just got my Piyo workout done!  It only took me 30 minutes out of my day. Now I’m energized, feeling great and ready to take on the rest of my day. 

It would be soooooo easy for me to say ‘nah, it’s Saturday. I’m gonna skip it’. Or ‘I have too much to do’. But my body and mind feel so much better afterwards!  

Last night I whipped up an egg bake with hashbrowns (no chemicals or crap added to them. Brand is Mr. Dells), eggs, spinach, onion, and a little kerrygold grassfed cheese. So that little bit of work while we prepared dinner last night made it super easy for me this morning. 


These little things are easy to do. But they are also easy NOT to do. So let that sink in for a second.
