So how do we get through the day without going completely bonkers because we have so much to get done?? I have a list for you!! Let me know what I missed!
1. Make a list! Write down what you need to get done for each day of the week. Cross off the things as you get them done.
2. Figure out what you can say “no” to. It’s in our nature to just say YES to all of these extra commitments and then we end up failing or feeling stressed. Say no to the things that are not moving you towards your goals, wants, desires.
3. Ask for help. It does not make you weak to ask someone to help you out. In fact, people usually love helping others and will be happy to help you too. Or hire someone to do some of the tasks for you. Even if it’s for a couple hours.
4. Reevaluate the things you are spending time on. I realized I was spending HOURS on that dumb candy crush game. I don’t even like video games but I just got sucked into this one. When I gave it up I had all kinds of free time to spend on more important things.
