I have heard people tell me “it’s not rocket science, eat clean, train mean”. Well for someone like me, who didn’t know what either of those meant, it was not that simple. And actually that comment made me feel like an idiot. Like I should’ve know the answer already. 😲
I like to help people learn what took me too long to figure out. I know what it feels like to want to take naps all day because I was exhausted all the time. I also know what it feels like to be over 200 lbs. I know what it feels like to be frustrated and have hate for my body.
