1. Focus on what you can control. Why worry or have anxiety over the things that you cannot affect any change on?? It’s pointless and it’s using up valuable time and space in your day. If you need to make a list of all the things… Do it. Cross off the things that you cannot control. Do not spend time or brain power on that. Keep a positive mindset so you can be happier throughout the day.
2. Keep food simple! Think of 3 or 4 meals you like for each meal of the day and put those meals in a rotation for the week. You will already know what it takes for grocery shopping, prepping and cooking. Save the fancy stuff for the weekend when you have more time.
3. Do the workout that’s already been created. No need to reinvent the wheel everyday. There’s no thinking about what muscle group needs to be worked today. Or what exercises to do. No planning required because it is already created by a team of experts!

Taco salad (make your own seasoning)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Put the whole thing (this roast was 4 lbs) in the crock pot on low for 10 hours. 1 chopped onion, 1 cup chicken stock with no sugar added (check the label). Season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Bacon wrapped chicken strips
Get applegate bacon or bacon with no sugar added. Season the chicken (cut up in strips) with salt and pepper. Wrap with bacon. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 min. You might have to flip them once. Cook them until the bacon is to your liking.
