No sugar, no grains!!!

I used to get really irritated with people when they said they ate ‘gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, grain free, blah blah blah’. I thought: well what the heck DO you eat then???  

Once I experimented and did this for the first time myself last year I saw the light and realized it was the way to go. At least the majority of the time. Because let’s be honest…. pizza is life. (Although she has a GOOD option in this book!!)

But now I have no stomach problems, no huge zits on my face and armpits, no tired/sluggish feeling every day of my life, no counting freakin macros or calories in/calories out. I do not have time for that! And I want to ENJOY life. Not be tied down to a calorie or macro counter and then beat myself up if it’s not 100% ‘correct’. 

Got Anna Vocino’s book this past weekend. And read through it last night. Can’t wait to try some of her ideas!!! First up is the almond meal cracker thingys!! Yesssss. Thank you @annavocino for writing this book. You’re hilarious and real.
