Yes, I am still on vacation!!! But I am doing the 3 day refresh with our coaches team. Day 1 is done!!! It was rough at times, I’ll admit it! Feeling of tiredness, hunger, food boredom…. got through it though. I didn’t eat much fruit… only some blueberries. Mostly ate vegetables… with my shakeology, fiber sweep, and vanilla fresh. Oh and some vegetable broth.
I would say that the biggest challenge so far is not eating eggs. Mind over matter! I can do it!
