I’m 5’6″ tall. When I was at my heaviest weight (around 215? Pounds) I actually contemplated getting gastric bypass surgery when my doctor told me that I was obese. I thought to myself, how much weight would I have to GAIN in order to qualify for gastric bypass surgery. Isn’t that SAD?!
I mean, I have tried everything to lose weight in the past. Diet pills (including phentermine), laxatives, calorie counting/restriction, weight watchers points, starving myself, over excercising, fat blocker pills, cleanses, wraps, you name it. I thought getting my stomach surgically stapled was an option!
I just want other women to know that there’s a better way. Lower carb, higher fat, moderate protein + intermittent fasting + shakeology + exercise = life changing happiness.
