This is awesome

Haha!  Woot!  Check out this journey in the form of NUMBERS!  I hate the scale, friends. It really bums me out. So measurements is a good way for me to determine if I’m making progress. Since I see myself in the mirror everyday it was hard to see the progression. So pictures and measurements are the way I do that. 

I took my measurements today for the beginning of the ULTIMATE RESET!  (Will take my pics later!)

It’s always fun to look back at where I started. It is a good reminder that consistency and hard work actually works. You cannot just start a fitness program, change your nutrition for 3 days and expect to all of a sudden reach your goals. Small consistent steps every day.
