They’re all gonna laugh at you

Me and the LOVELY and talented LIINA. I can’t tell you how much fun it was today to be reunited and doing something so positive and uplifting. It was a blast!!!

Now Onto the story…….

Anyways!!!  As kids we are fearless, we don’t know any better, little kiddos just say and do what they feel like in the moment. We are constantly telling our kids, “no, don’t do that”, “stop it!”, “be quiet”. So it’s kind of no wonder why once we become adults we become afraid. Afraid to try new things and stand out in the crowd. And for most people, trying to conform to be like everybody else is the goal.

We don’t want any confrontation, to disappoint anyone, to have anyone laugh at us. We are so afraid of what other people think of us.

Today I got to thinking that it truly doesn’t matter what anyone thinks about you. It just matters what YOU think about YOU. That’s one of the reasons why personal development is so important.

For instance, I’ve had people ask me “why in the world are you doing the ultimate reset?” (Probably because I eat very healthy already.)  I really wanted to do it just to #1 see if I could, #2 to see if I can change my body even further, and #3 completely reset my body so it runs at its best.

So one thing I’ve Learned from doing this is that I am in control. There are no food or drink addictions that control me. That makes me feel powerful because that wasn’t always the case. I was ruled by food and alcohol.

So the moral of the story is just do YOU. Be the BEST you that you can be. Don’t worry about the negative people talking crap, laughing at you, hoping that you’ll fail, or discouraging you. Most likely they’re probably just jealous anyways. 😘
