Putting life into living without waiting on the weight

In our group we talk a LOT about mindset. Because mindset is WHERE IT IS AT!

Loving yourself right where you are at in this moment.

Sounds easy enough right?  Just love yourself!!!  Wrong!!!  After years and year of negative self talk it takes a conscious effort to reprogram your brain.

So how do you reprogram yourself in order to START loving you for a change??

Practice.
Practice makes better. Because no one is perfect. No one. Perfect is so boring. Perfect is not real.
Here are some ways you can love the shit outta yourself right now:
  1. Get a journal and write all of the things that you love about yourself every single day. It doesn’t take long 15 or 20 minutes.
  2. Move your body for 30 minutes per day.
  3. Put good REAL food into your mouth that helps fuel your body. Food that has 1 ingredient is optimal.
  4. Drink water like it’s your job.
  5. Get at least 7 hours of sleep. Regenerate those cells!!!
  6. Ask a trusted friend to tell you what you are good at.
  7. Be present in the moments. Focus on the beauty around you. It really IS everywhere
  8. Have gratitude for the blessings in your life. Write them in your journal.
  9. Stop beating yourself up mentally. Had a bad day?  Choose happiness and turn it around. You have the power within you. Make a conscious effort.  Put happiness in the forefront of your mind.
  10. Live your life without waiting on the weight. Life is happening FOR you right now. Live your live without fear. Push that outta your head ASAP!!!
I’m reading this new book called ‘The 5 second rule‘. It’s amazing so far and I’m absolutely loving it. Basically, the premise is you got something you want to change in your life?  Count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then take action. Do not wait. You will find that if you give your brain time to ‘think it over’ you’ll come up with a million reasons why you shouldn’t do XYZ. You really need to read this book.  It is SOOOOO good!  Mel Robbins, the author, is REAL, raw, truthful, and explains things so perfectly.  It is one of the best books I’ve read.
Screw what everyone else thinks. This is your life.
And LIFE is happening now, and you don’t need perfect abs, a thigh gap, or a cellulite free booty to live it!!
