HFLC Day 35 of 85

Ahhhhh rest day!  I’m glad for it too since we are traveling again today.  My friend’s 50th birthday party today and that milestone is not one to miss!

I haven’t been doing my measurements and weight every Monday since the last official progress on week 3 so I think I’ll do that on Tuesday.

Everything is going well and my husband is doing awesome too.  Someone at work offered him some beef jerky and he said “does it have sugar in it?  probably does, so no thank you.”  He is SO GOOD!  There is one brand of beef jerky that we really like, it’s called CHOMPS, we get them on Amazon.  These were first a treat given to us by my mom.  She is always on the lookout for snacks for us.  Isn’t that sweet?  When you have family and friends who really love and care about you they support you…  They never criticize, taunt you, or guilt trip you.  Pretty cool.

Here is our dinner from a couple of nights ago…  Sweet potato with grass-fed butter (Kerrygold), Brussel sprouts, ribs, bacon wrapped avocado jalapeños.  So good right!?  Do you think you could eat like this?
