HFLC Day 39 of 84

I did a meditation before I got out of bed today.  Man, does that ever help set up the rest of your day!  It actually doesn’t even need to be a long meditation…  I got 4 for free from Gabby Bernstein:  CLICK HERE.  Talk about AWESOME!  I’m always looking for other guided meditations, so if you have some, send them my way!

Our celebrity trainer gives us these really tough HIIT workouts 2 times per week.  Amber and I did this crazy insane workout with some cards.  Yeah, simple right, just put the cards down and pick them up…  no biggie.  WRONG!  I swore many times.  But hey, whatever works, right?  We high-fived when it was over, congratulating each other on a job well done.  Proud for finishing that one.

I blow dried my sweaty hair and set off to a local restaurant with a friend of mine to talk business.  Broke my fast with a burger with onions and over easy egg on top and a bunch of mixed veggies.  You CAN eat healthy when you eat out at a restaurant.  I promise!  The waiter was very accommodating when I asked him to sub vegetables instead of French fries.  EASY!

Second meal was eggs and cauliflower rice with pico de Gallo and avocado.  Delish.  I’ll have a big ass salad for dinner when I get home from dance fitness class.
