Ohhhhh yeah! We used these bands today for the total body core workout today. I can tell a big difference adding these little things. My sweat was dripping off my nose! I’m getting pumped to start this program on January 15 with my teammates. There are ONLY about 20,000 of us that are going to tackle this at the same time. Can you believe it?! It’s a huge movement and it is really exciting.
Anyways, I’m pretty sore from yesterdays “Card Game” and Amber was sore too. She was smart and did some foam rolling yesterday. I was not smart and did zero foam rolling. DOH!
One more workout this week and then it’s rest day. After that it’s official measurements, pics and weight day. END OF WEEK 6! But hey, just because we are on the homestretch of this particular challenge doesn’t mean I’m going to move away from this lifestyle. I want to feel good for life, not just a few months.
I broke my fast at about 12:20 PM with 4 eggs, 2 cups of veggies and 1/2 an avocado. Good stuff!
