Back on my game! Took a day to whine and complain and be a little sad now it’s back to work. I don’t like to stay in the dumps for too long otherwise it’ll become a habit.
We did a 30 minute leg workout using 10 and 15 pounds weights plus the sliders. Those things are no joke y’all.
Tomorrow it’s HIIT with our trainer. He always shows up ready to make us work. So I’m going to get my mind right today so I am pumped up and ready to work tomorrow.
Yesterday was so much fun seeing all the updates pour in from all the challengers. New weights, measurements and pics. It’s very motivating and inspiring. Everyone is working so hard!!!
