The one sport that I have loved for most of my life, is volleyball.

I started playing in fourth grade and in middle school we were running drills one day in practice and I kept saying “I can’t do this! I can’t do this! I can’t do this!”.  The coach pulled me aside and said “quit saying that you can’t do it. If you believe that you can’t then you’re right!!! You CAN do it, you just don’t WANT to do it”.

Geez, that stuck with me all these years.

Just believe in yourself. For a little bit!!

Or……

Just say “I don’t WANT to do it”. 🤗

Of course, there ARE certain physical limitations sometimes. I totally get that. But it seems like most of the time when people tell me they can’t do it. It’s all in their head.  It’s totally OK to be at that point….  I’m not judging you! It was the same for me too.

Friend, I was 215 pounds.  I’m DONE with that life. I was teaching fitness classes and I was STILL unhealthy.  I finally feel so liberated now.  I just decided.  I BELIEVED in myself.  I changed in more ways than just physically.  I had to exercise my BRAIN too!
