HFLC Day 46 of 84

I seriously LOVE this new program.  It’s so much fun!  I got to work my booty today with these things.  Looks innocent enough right!? HA!  The other part of this program I’m digging is the sliders!  Talk about a serious core workout without you really knowing until the next day!  AWESOME!

Next week we are changing it up again and starting the 80 day program.  It focuses on Arms, Abs, and Ass.  Yes, I want to work all of those things!!!  So this is perfect!  I’m pretty excited about it and I wasn’t really this pumped about it before.  I am SUCH a cardio junkie.  But I do love to change it up so that I don’t get bored.  Know what I mean?

Anyways, I didn’t work out BEFORE I broke my fast as I usually do.  I got up pretty early (for me), diffused some essential oil called “Abundance” because it felt perfect, drank some coffee, wrote in my journal, made my slides for my presentation at the Convention Center.  (I have a speech to give about Food, Fitness, and Mindset)

I haven’t given a speech since college and I wasn’t really a fan of it then but I could talk about food, fitness and mindset all the live long day!
