HFLC Day 48 of 84

I think some people think I workout all day every day. Ha. But that is simply not the case. Usually 30-40 minutes… that’s good for me. Although on Monday when we start our new program that focuses on arms, abs and booty the workouts will be 60 minutes sometimes!

Today I did a total body core workout. I used weights and resistance bands. I like to workout right before I break my fast. Boost up that human growth hormone.

More importantly than the fitness you are doing is the food you fuel your body with. I totally believe this.

Today I did a massive grocery shopping trip. I got tons of vegetables and a couple packets of meet and shrimp.

I made a pork tenderloin and stir fry vegetables with curry sauce and coconut cream. Wow!!! It was amazing. A little spicy but not too hot! Just right!

I’m definitely putting this in my regular rotation. My husband gave it two thumbs up.
