HFLC Day 49 of 84

Rest day today.  I’m continuing on with my meal prep marathon this weekend.  I started a beef bone broth yesterday and I browned some grass-fed beef to it along with some carrots, onions, and celery.  That will be a nice beef stew that I can freeze and take out when we need it.  I’m also making butternut squash soup, homemade tomato sauce, and basil pesto.  Those all freeze just fine too.  The only item that I cannot freeze is the big ass salad that I make every week.  I am going to put romaine, mixed greens, baby spinach, carrots, peppers, and cucumber.  Easy to grab and go throughout the week.
