HFLC Day 54 of 84

Leg day today! But I also felt that in my booty. No loops and sliders today. Just weights – We used 10s and 15s. New challenging moves, good stuff. Loving this program. And I really love that I don’t even need to think about what to do, just follow the schedule. Sunday will be a rest day.

Still sticking to the same eating and fasting window as per usual. Broke my fast with bacon, onions, collard greens and eggs today. Nice change up. I cooked them until they were really crispy.

My next group starts FEBRUARY 5! I’m teaming up with my partner in crime, Tracy. We will lead you through a 21 day Program and then you and I will decide what Program you will tackle after that. Because this is a lifestyle….. not just for a few weeks and then you go back to your old ways.
