My name is Stacey Greenside! I am proud of the work that I do. But before I ask you to trust me with the intimate details of your personal health and fitness goals, I should probably tell you something: I have been there. Overwhelmed and overweight. I was told by a doctor that I was obese. Since then, I have lost 60 pounds and have kept it off without counting calories, dieting or over exercising.
As a busy wife and mom of five kids and three dogs I know how it feels to struggle to take care of yourself.
I love seeing the results of the women in my online fitness and nutrition group. My program empowers them to come out feeling confident and educated. Through daily support in the group, 30-60 minute workouts at home coupled with the nutrition information/meal timing you are going to ROCK this too.
I deliver a service that surpasses expectations and I look forward to chatting with you about your health and fitness goals.
