Hip Hop Dance Fitness
Want to know the interesting story behind this? I grew up going to a church where it was forbidden to dance. When I was a teenager my best friend (who did not attend the church) took me to a dance and taught me how to be silly and dance. I had no idea what I was doing and even though she was an excellent dancer she danced like a goofball with me to make me feel comfortable. I started attending a group dance fitness class and I was hooked ever since. My favorite instructor left the area so I decided to start my own class. I have been teaching classes since mid 2013 and I absolutely LOVE it! Come join me… Anyone can do it. Trust me. If I can do it, you can too. And I promise to dance silly so you feel comfortable and welcomed with open arms.

I have always been into sports: volleyball is my favorite and I played and coached for many years. I found a love for group fitness classes as an adult and decided to take that passion and put it into my own classes.
In PiYo live you will be using your bodyweight, you’ll perform low impact, high intensity movement inspired by Pilates and yoga. The results? Long, lean muscles, a high, firm booty and tight, flat abs. With PiYo, you’ll work every single muscle to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen every inch of your body. You’ll burn crazy calories while you’re at it.
Only equipment recommended is a yoga mat and you can do it with or without tennis shoes.

$10 per class for 8 week session or $12 drop in rate. My PiYo alumni get a discount on subsequent sessions!
